(Online Survey) Malaysia’s Public Consultation on the General Review of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP)

The Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) is undertaking a public consultation on the General Review of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). This General Review is in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement (Article 27.2.3, Chapter 27) which aims to “… review the operation of this Agreement with a view to updating and enhancing this Agreement …” so as to ensure the CPTPP remains relevant to trade and investment issues and challenges confronting the Parties of the Agreement.

As a Party to the CPTPP, Malaysia’s public consultation is conducted through an online survey which is open to all Malaysian individuals, businesses and organisations. For more information on the General Review, you may visit MITI’s CPTPP website at
